It all started with an unforgettable trip to Miami for my 30th birthday. The vibrant colors, the energy, the ocean—it all stirred something in me. One day, while on the trip I stumbled into a small jewelry boutique filled with handmade pieces crafted from seashells. I was captivated. I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

 

Back home, I started researching beads, tools, and techniques. I thought, “I can do this.” When my first supplies arrived, I was like a kid in a candy store—totally immersed. I made earrings, necklaces, bracelets—losing track of time, creating with joy. The next day, I wore them to work. My friends were amazed. It sparked something I didn’t know I had.

 

Years passed, life shifted, and so did my focus. But when I moved to Fort Lauderdale, the ocean called me back. Living near the beach reignited that creative fire. This time, I was drawn to barefoot jewelry—pieces made especially for the feet. It just felt right.

 

Today, my work is inspired by the sea—its textures, its colors, its freedom. Each piece is crafted to honor the barefoot spirit: grounded, radiant, and effortlessly beautiful.
